We don't make fencing; we make a purpose-built crowd barricade system that has not existed until now. Law Enforcement agency personnel shortages across the country are strained answering 911 calls let alone managing large scale public order problems. Nor does it require large numbers of officers to keep from getting overrun. Those are the problems of historic crowd fencing; we are providing you with a purpose-built expandable system to meet your needs when you need them met. Our product is designed and manufactured with a specific purpose deep in the Cascade Mountain Range of Washington State, in the United States of America. We test all of our products on site with a diesel tractor trying to pull, drag, and rip them apart. Tractor tested, there is no comparison to the quality of our product on the market, period.

We are not chain link fencing
If chain is anchored in the ground, it is permanent. If it is not, it is unstable and easily moveable unless you strap it to eco blocks or jersey barriers. Then it is an unsightly mess that requires a crane, work crew, and heavy trucks; not really our thing. We don't think communities like encircling our public buildings with chain link, jersey barriers, eco blocks, or any combination of those. We do think they expect us to protect them when they are under threat. We also think that our communities want to keep our officers safe from assault and not in a position to have to resort to force to protect themselves or property if they don't have to.

We are not big fans of 'bicycle' style crowd fencing
What can we say, google it. It seems like it is almost mandatory to throw this fencing at the police during a riot. The Protean Expandable Barricade System is specifically designed to be different. Bicycle-style fencing provides no protection for the officers or assets and using it to separate two opposing groups is equally ineffective. The reality is, this particular style of fencing is simply not designed nor intended for civil unrest. Standing behind this fencing is not where you want to be during civil unrest, the likelihood of injury, force, and property damage is greatly increased. The unsettling truth is most police departments in the United States have rooms or trailers full of this old fencing and until now it has been the only option.
