The Protean Expandable Barricade System was designed by a 30 + year Law Enforcement veteran with the Seattle Police Department. He has been a law enforcement innovator in creating new and better ways in dealing with public order events. With thousands of deployments at just about every level in a law enforcement organization, it gives you a greater understanding of the expectation capability gap that exists between what we would like our law enforcement agencies to be capable of and what they can provide. Protean Expandable Crowd Barricade System was designed to close this gap of capability and expectations. It is intended to eliminate police/crowd violence on designated lines by creating a barrier capable enough that doesn't require a platoon of officers to guard it.
